AI agent operations

Daily routines run by AI agents, with a person approving what goes out.

In short

AI agent operations means routine work, such as publishing, scheduling, reporting and checks, is run by AI agents on a fixed daily routine, with written rules, approval gates and a QA check before anything public goes out. We run our own business this way and can set the same structure up for yours.

Who it is for
  • Owners whose day is eaten by repeat tasks
  • Small teams that publish, report or check things every day
  • Not a fit: Work that needs judgement on every single step
What you get

Deliverables.

  • A written rulebook: roles, limits and what needs approval
  • Daily routines for the repeat work you choose
  • A QA check before anything is published or sent
  • A short daily summary so you see what ran
How it works

The process.

1. Map

We write down the routine work and who approves what.

2. Rules

We turn it into roles, limits and approval gates.

3. Pilot

One routine runs for a week with daily review.

4. Extend

Add routines one at a time once the first is stable.

Where this stands

What exists today.

  • NOW We run our own publishing, scheduling, reporting and QA with AI agents on daily routines, across several of our own brands.
  • EXPERIMENTAL Setting the same operations up inside a client business. Small and early; no client results to quote yet.
NOW Built and live. You can see it.EXPERIMENTAL Small or internal. We use it ourselves. No client proof yet.
What we do not claim

Said plainly.

  • No claim that agents replace people. A person approves public and paid steps.
  • No hours-saved figures.
Questions

Frequently asked questions.

What tasks can AI agents run for a small business?

Repeat, rule-based work such as content scheduling, publishing, reporting, inbox triage and quality checks. A person still approves anything public or paid.

Is it safe to let agents post or send?

Only with approval gates. Our rule is that nothing public, paid or sent to a client goes out without a person's yes.

How is this different from automation tools?

Automation follows fixed triggers. Agents can read, write and check work against written rules, which suits tasks that need some judgement.

How do we start?

With one routine. We document it, pilot it for a week and only then add the next.
